Live Love Spa L.A.

We love us some Live Love Spa, especially the fabulous girls who are behind it all! Pictured below are Tracy Wertz, Keila Morris, Lisa Michaelis, and Piper De Young. This go-around we traveled to the compelling Equinox in Century City. 

The Salt of the Earth crew in L.A. - Araceley Aguilar, Paul Heslop, and Laura Heslop. Together they teamed up to hand-blend 6 oz Whipped Body Creme and Sugar/Salt Scrubs for all the attendees. Araceley gave a mind-blowing pedicure, speaking here from experience :) to the spa directors who could feel the effects and benefits that Salt of the Earth products have to offer. 

It was a great experience to spend some time in the L.A. market and start some lasting relationships.

Live Love Spa Las Vegas

At the M Resort Las Vegas, Salt of the Earth attended another excited Live Love Spa event.

A long, hard days work always deserves a relaxing night out with friends. And the spa industry always knows how to unwind after an event like Live Love Spa!

SPATEC at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando

Salt of the Earth was so thrilled to appear at our first ever SPATEC. SPATEC is an amazing experience for networking and meeting with the top industry decision-makers and buyers. Having one-on-one meetings is very important to us to insure that we are able to commit our focus and attention to each spa individually. We want to find out the specific needs of our buyers so that we can serve them in the best way possible. SPATEC is a perfect resource for us and we had the best time. Not to mention the gorgeous location at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, FL. This resort is one of our favorites and we were ecstatic to have a reason to visit again!

Live Love Spa San Diego

Salt of the Earth was privileged to attend the Live Love Spa launch event at Spa Brezza in San Diego. Servicing over 40 pedi treatments in two days our team did an amazing job! A great big thanks to our friends Corina, Aracely, and Thuc at Spa Brezza for their generosity and talents in providing the treatments.

Our exciting product launch of our Mini Blend Bar was a hit. At Salt of the Earth we love to create experiences and want the spa to do the same for their clients. Our Mini Blend Bar can achieve this by allowing the client to customize their entire pedi treatment. The nail technician is able to blend all of the Salt of the Earth products used during the treatments. And the client is able to have a take-home 6 oz. product as a gift.

2011 ISPA Conference Follow-up

Salt of the Earth just finished our first ISPA Expo Conference with our new brand and it was a success! We were able to meet so many influential experts in the spa industry and catch up with some good, old, friends. After the normal tradeshow stress and booth shipping drama, we were able to display our Blend Bar, retail, and professional products effectively. We had MANY compliments on our booth all thanks to the mastermind - Paul Heslop - and his out-of-the-box thinking in every aspect!

We were so excited to meet and make custom products for many spa directors including our wonderful friends at the amazing Red Door Spas.
ISPA had some incredible speakers at the General Sessions including Bert Jacobs at Life is Good, Faith Popcorn, and Tony Hseih at Zappos! They each have unbelievable success stories.
The charity auction at the end of the Conference was a lot of fun and ISPA was able to raise a significant amount of money. Salt of the Earth was competitively bidding on a trip to Las Vegas at the Bellagio including amazing spa treatments but at the last second someone outbid us :(

2011 ISPA Conference & Expo

Salt of the Earth is getting fired up for the upcoming ISPA Conference & Expo at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. This will be our second year attending this colossal trade show. Salt of the Earth headquarters has the atmosphere of how I imagine the North Pole feels two weeks before Christmas! Everyone is working hard to make ISPA epic. This show is going to be our biggest yet with our new, innovative products to show off to the top industry leaders. Salt of the Earth will be demonstrating the genius Blend Bar concept and, for the first time ever, showing the new, travel-size Whipped Body Creme tube! Exclusive RED Door Spa Party

A toast to the Red Door Spa at Phoenix Biltmore for winning Salt of the Earth's retail contest! Red Door and Salt of the Earth combined forces and put on a fabulous party for their clients on August 23, 2011. The party turned out to be a success complete with red & white wine, chicken kabobs, mini cupcakes, free mini spa services, and custom blended Salt of the Earth products.

Paul Heslop (Chief Care Officer for Salt of the Earth) and his wife Laura flew in from Salt of the Earth headquarters near Salt Lake City and brought the innovative Blend Bar for custom blending Whipped Body Creme and Creamy Sugar Glow for the party goers. Red Door currently carries the Creme and Scrub in Thai Silk for their seasonal Silk Serenity Mani/Pedi services. It was a real treat for their clients to have a night to choose from over 20 scents and watch as their own products were created. It was a great evening and Salt of the Earth thanks Phoenix Biltmore Red Door for all of their hard work and new friendships!

**Coming this fall, Red Door Spas will introduce the Spiced Eden collection for their seasonal Mani/Pedi service. Looking forward to it!

Las Vegas SPA BUZZ

EVENT March 28th: Salt of the Earth traveled to the beautiful ARIA hotel and casino in Las Vegas for a Spa Buzz event. We met with some fabulous spa directors and regional leaders within the spa industry. Salt of the Earth's mission is to create experiences, so of course our signature Blend Bar was present. We wanted to "mix it up" from the everyday body care lines these professionals are used to seeing. With our Blend Bar, we literally hand-mixed customized body goods for the Spa Buzz attendees. From our selection of over 50 scents, each person was able to choose for their mood!

Our innovative BLEND BAR mix station allows us to make a specialized product right in front of the customer!

Salt of the Earth was also promoting our Mother's and Father's Day scent selection:

Apricot Freesia - Spark your inner glow with this whimsical, fruity floral.

Pear Lily - Slip into your favorite pj's and softly sink your entire body into a dreamy sleep.
